1. Executive Director and General Manager of the Company
Executive Director of the Company:Lu Feng, the company's main founder, chairman of the board of directors, executive director and CEO, is fully responsible for the strategic planning and management of the collective.
General Manager:Yang Guifu, one of the main founders of the company, is appointed by the board of directors as the general manager of the company. Yang Guifu is responsible for the daily operation of the company; decides to appoint and dismiss the deputy general managers and department heads and their remuneration; internally coordinates the relationship between various departments, shows a good company image to the public, collects customer suggestions, and forms a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with customers.
2. Domestic Sales International Sales Department
Domestic and foreign sales department: The sales department of Fenghua Group has a sales manager, who is mainly responsible for the daily sales management of each group. Responsible for research and analysis of market conditions and develop marketing strategies to stabilize and expand market share.
3. Production and Technology Department
The technical department is responsible for production improvement, research and development, the company currently has 5 engineers, the chief engineer is responsible for the daily management of the department, and the sales department docking product improvement and update.
The production department of Fenghua Group is managed on a daily basis by the production director. The company currently has 10 production directors, who are mainly responsible for contacting relevant technical departments and sales departments to supervise production, equipment, delivery and production workshop safety management.
4. Administrative Office and Human Resources Management Department
Two directors of Fenghua Group's existing office are responsible for the daily management of administration. The administrative office is responsible for the company's document management, logistics work, corporate culture construction work, accept customer complaints and organize regular reports to the general manager.
Fenghua Group currently has two human resources supervisors to manage daily human resources matters, and the Human Resources Management Department is responsible for the company's human resources planning, employee recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance appraisal, and salary and welfare management.
5. Finance and Purchasing Department
Fenghua Group currently has one chief financial officer and six finance commissioners. The Finance Department is under the jurisdiction of the Chief Financial Officer, in which the Finance Department is responsible for the raising, use and distribution of the company's funds, and under the guidance of the company's annual financial budget plan and settlement plan formulated by the executive director, the financial plan, the determination of the capital structure, dividend distribution, daily accounting work, cashier management and tax management.
The Purchasing Department is responsible for the procurement of raw materials in the processing of the company's equipment, contacting suppliers for comparative prices, feedback on the use of materials, and long-term maintenance of the supply chain.
